Indications for Use

These instruments are intended for use in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures involving:

  • Tumescent liposuction

  • Fat harvesting for grafting

  • Body contouring procedures

  • Nano or micro fat transfer

Preoperative Preparation

  1. Inspection:

    • Before use, inspect each instrument for damage, contamination, or wear. Do not use if the instrument is cracked, bent, or malfunctioning.

  2. Sterilization:

    • Clean and sterilize all instruments according to recommended hospital or clinic guidelines. Autoclave compatible at 134°C.

  3. Compatibility Check:

    • Ensure compatibility with syringes, aspiration devices, or infiltration pumps.

Instructions for Use

  1. Cannula Attachment:

    • Connect the cannula to the handle or syringe using the appropriate Luer-lock or threaded adapter.

    • Confirm a tight seal to prevent air leakage.

  2. Fat Aspiration:

    • Insert the cannula into the targeted area after tumescent fluid is administered.

    • Use controlled back-and-forth motion while applying vacuum to aspirate fat.

    • Monitor patient response and avoid aggressive movements to reduce tissue trauma.

  3. Fat Collection:

    • Collected fat may be stored in sterile canisters or syringes depending on the system setup.

  4. Fat Transfer (Optional):

    • For fat grafting, use filtered and processed fat with micro or nano cannulas to inject into areas such as face, hands, or buttocks.

Postoperative Handling

  1. Disassembly:

    • Carefully disconnect all parts. Avoid forcing parts apart to prevent damage.

  2. Cleaning:

    • Rinse thoroughly with distilled water to remove debris. Use enzymatic cleaners for thorough decontamination.

    • Use a soft brush for lumened instruments (like cannulas).

  3. Sterilization:

    • Autoclave after cleaning. Ensure instruments are completely dry before storage.

Storage
